Although we had been with each other for a number of years (52wk x 9years) and been through different stages of her life;(single->married-> mother) it is strange to note that as the years past the relationship went into the opposite directions. May be the saying “familiarity breed contempt” is true; somehow over the years felt that she belongs to the group of people “ in summer time” that live in their own world( as mentioned in P&S session) ; there is not much point for me to talk much about my current being esp nothing good to talk about now. Here is just some recent events happen bet porcupine and me occurred: Incident 1: While sharing about Wesley website provides membership update, out of enthusiasm I exclaimed” they even send newsletter to me when I was in US :)” Her immediate replied “ you quite toa pie” I was a bit stunned by her remark. ur.. it was never my intension to show that how important I was but to illustrate the usefulness of website.
Incident 2: Just last week before group started, we are all munching our dinner esp me who is munching a chicken pie. :0 She offered to pour drink for us, ok one for Andy, one for serene, but… hey where mine? I asked “which cup is mine?”, her reply is “ I failed math” that’s a good one huh.
I came to this conclusion that she so poky because of dislike me in subconscious mind. That why she was so curb in her remarks, nothing encouraging. :(
